david wells on 13/05/2010 22:27:33 paid near £70 at B&Q. Probably worth £35 looking at it close up. Apart from flimsy, it dosn't work too well. One of the two clips which hold the grass box on were bent. Straightened easily but not what you expect from new. I thought i would get both lawns done in say 2 hours. Five hours later I had the front one finished. Not a problem with it pulling out the moss, but the time was spent emptying the grass box. Because the box base sloped up by design, the moss collected simply slid back down and blocked the rake causing it to need emptying every fe seconds. Probably only a fifth full. The ten metre cable meant that I had to keep moving my extension reel as this is too short for even small gardens. I'm thinking about taking this back to the store as it is well overpriced and hardly fit for purpose.

Ken Benge on 13/09/2010 22:45:41 One of this model was given to as a fathers Day gift. I dare not let my daughter know but the machine is totally rubbish. Difficult to empty and due to the desiugn of the collection box, needs emptying far to frequently.Am now stuck with a useless piece of garden machinery.

nelcat on 19/05/2011 13:21:12 Really could do with a bigger collection box. The clips at front of box have to go into a slot at each side, they keep filling up with dust and have to keep clearing them out or box won't go in far enough and falls off. However it does a good job on the raking, getting out the moss and thatch which has built up. In all i am really pleased with the lawnraker for the price.

Harold Oldman on 23/08/2011 09:01:24 Got it as a gift for Fathers Day last Year. Used it once last year. The grass box was poor. Took it out this year and it wouldn't start. Changed the fuse with a new 5 times (1 out of a working appliance) no luck. £74.98 wasted
